Freight & logistics

Margin per load and on-time rate, by rep and by branch.

Pull quotes, loads and invoices from your TMS and accounting so you see win rate, margin per load, revenue per mile and on-time delivery without exporting a single load board.

Who it serves: Freight brokers, trucking fleets and 3PL sales desks.

01What we replace

Margin you know about after the fact.

  • Margin is known after the fact

Carrier pay and accessorials land after delivery, so margin by rep is a month-end surprise.

  • Quote win rate goes untracked

Reps send hundreds of quotes. How many become loads, by customer and lane, is guesswork.

  • On-time is argued, not measured

Customers quote their own on-time numbers. Yours should come from your delivery records.

  • The TMS stops at the TMS

Invoices and payments live in accounting, so revenue per mile and collections never meet.

02What you see

The numbers on your dashboard.

Each one with a written rule, a target and a comparison. Cut by rep, branch, customer, lane and equipment type.

  • Quotes, loads booked and loads delivered
  • Quote win rate by rep, customer and lane
  • Gross margin and margin per load
  • Revenue per loaded mile
  • On-time delivery rate
  • Loads per rep per day
  • Days sales outstanding by customer
  • Top lanes by volume and margin
Drawn for this site with invented figures. Your dashboard uses your names and targets.

04Questions

Common questions.

Our margin changes after delivery. How do you handle that?

We show margin as booked and as final, and update it as carrier invoices and accessorials post. The rule is written down so reps and finance see the same number.

Can you measure on-time from our own data?

Yes. On-time comes from your appointment and delivery timestamps, with the tolerance you choose written into the rule.

We run more than one branch.

Every number can be cut by branch, rep, customer and lane, with access limited by branch if you need it.
