TrueMonth

E-commerce & DTC

True margin by channel, not platform-reported ROAS.

Join orders, payments, ad spend and email data so you see what each channel costs and what each order actually contributes after discounts, refunds, shipping and fees.

Who it serves: Shopify and WooCommerce brands, marketplace sellers and subscription businesses.

01What we replace

When every platform claims the same sale.

  • Every platform claims the sale

Ads, email and analytics each report their own revenue. Added together, they sold more than you did.

  • Margin is a month-end surprise

Discounts, refunds, shipping and fees only show up together when the books close.

  • Repeat customers are a hunch

You suspect retention is improving but can't see it by cohort.

  • Marketplace data sits apart

Amazon and other channels live outside the store dashboard.

02What you see

The numbers on your dashboard.

Each one with a written rule, a target and a comparison. Cut by channel, campaign, product, first-order cohort and market.

  • Revenue and orders by channel
  • Marketing efficiency ratio: revenue over total ad spend
  • New-customer acquisition cost, blended
  • Average order value
  • Repeat purchase rate by first-order month
  • Contribution margin per order
  • Refund and return rate
  • Inventory days of cover
Drawn for this site with invented figures. Your dashboard uses your names and targets.

04Questions

Common questions.

How do you avoid double-counting across ad platforms?

We count each order once, from your store or payment system, and treat platform attribution as a separate view. Spend comes from the ad platforms; revenue comes from your orders.

Do you need customer emails?

No. We use order and customer IDs to measure repeat rates and cohorts. Contact details stay in your store.

Can you include product costs?

Yes. We load costs from your store, inventory system or a maintained sheet, so contribution margin is real, not estimated.
