Managed reporting for US businesses
Your numbers, in one place, every morning.
We connect your CRM, point of sale, field-service, phone, accounting and ad systems, keep the data in one governed place, and give your team a live dashboard plus a monthly review. You keep running the business. We keep the numbers right.
- Access
- Read-only, created by your admin

01The ritual we replace
Your data is fine. It is just in six places.
Every system you pay for reports on itself. Nobody owns the picture across all of them, so the picture gets rebuilt by hand, every week.
Five logins to answer one question
Leads in the CRM, jobs in the field-service app, money in QuickBooks, spend in two ad accounts. Each one reports only on itself.
The Friday spreadsheet
Someone exports, pastes and formats the same tables every week. It is late the week it matters most, and it leaves when they do.
Two reports, two numbers
Sales counts a lead one way, finance another. The meeting opens with an argument about which number is right.
The question nobody can answer in the room
Which source brings the jobs that pay? Which location slipped this month, and since when? The data exists. Nobody has joined it.
02How it works
Four steps. Most of them are ours.
You grant read-only access and keep one review call a month. We build, check and maintain everything else.
- 01Week 1
Connect
Your admin creates read-only access to each system: an API key, a connected app or a scheduled export. We send a one-page checklist per system. We never ask for anyone's password.
- 02Weeks 1 to 2
Centralize
Scheduled pulls land in a database that belongs to your business alone. Every run is logged with its row count, so a missed sync is caught by us before it reaches your meeting.
- 03Weeks 2 to 4
Define and build
We write each metric's rule down once, agree it with you, and build your dashboard by location, team and source. Before go-live, every headline number is reconciled to your system of record.
- 04Every month
Review
A one-page review of what moved and why, a 30-minute call to walk through it, and changes made on request. The dashboard keeps refreshing in between.
A live dashboard
Your KPIs by location, team and source, on desktop and phone, with targets on every tile.
Scheduled refresh
Hourly, daily or weekly depending on your plan. Each sync is logged and checked.
A weekly snapshot
Monday morning: the five numbers that matter, what moved, and what needs a look.
A monthly review and call
One page on what moved, why it moved, and the three things to look at next. Thirty minutes to walk through it.
Changes on request
A new view, a new target, a new location. You ask, we make the change and note it in the change log.
A written metric glossary
Every number on the dashboard has a rule you can read. Nobody has to guess what counts.
04One number, everywhere
Every metric gets a written rule. Every page uses it.
What counts as a lead, which day a sale belongs to, which sources count as paid. We write each definition down once, agree it with you, and apply it to the dashboard, the weekly snapshot and the monthly review alike.
When the CRM and the books still disagree, we show you where and why, then fix the rule or the data. That is the difference between a dashboard and a number you can take to the bank.
Booked job
- Counts
- A job with a scheduled date and an assigned technician, created from an inbound call, web form or chat.
- Excludes
- Warranty callbacks, internal test jobs, and jobs cancelled within 15 minutes of creation.
- Dated by
- The day the job was booked, not the day it was worked.
- Source
- Field-service platform, joined to call tracking by phone number and time.
- Agreed
- Operations manager and owner, in writing, before go-live.
An example metric rule. Yours are written with your team during setup.
05Built for your industry
Your vocabulary, your KPIs, from day one.
Each industry starts from a tested set of measures, funnel stages and targets, so the first version of your dashboard already speaks your language. We tailor from there.

- Read-only access, created by your admin and revocable at any time from your side.
- A separate database for every client. No shared tables, no pooled data.
- Totals and record IDs only. We don't need customer, student or donor contact details to count them.
- Console sign-in with multi-factor authentication and a full audit log of who viewed what.
- Your data stays yours: export it any time, and we delete it on request when you leave.
08A low-risk start
Start with one dashboard, fixed in scope.
Your first engagement covers your two most important systems and the numbers your leadership meeting runs on. Written scope, a fixed setup quote, and a go-live date.
The monthly fee starts when your headline numbers match your system of record and you have signed off the reconciliation.
Do you need our passwords?
No. Your admin creates a read-only key, a connected app or a scheduled export for us, and can switch it off at any time from your side.
How is this different from the reports in our CRM?
Your CRM reports on what is inside the CRM. We join it with your ads, phones, accounting and other systems, define each metric once, and keep the history, so the same number shows up in every meeting.
We already have Power BI or Looker Studio.
Good. We can publish the cleaned data and metric definitions into the tool you already use, or provide the monthly review on its own.
How long does setup take?
Two to four weeks from the day access is granted, for most businesses. Systems that need a vendor approval or a scheduled export can add a few days.
What if our data is messy?
It usually is. Duplicates, old statuses and missing sources are part of the job. We document what we find, agree the rules with you, and the reconciliation shows exactly how our numbers tie to yours.
What does it cost?
Pricing is set after a 20-minute scoping call, based on your systems, locations and refresh frequency. You receive a written quote within two business days.
Next step
See your own numbers on one screen.
Twenty minutes: your systems, the five or six numbers that run the business, and what a first dashboard would cover. No slides.
On the call
Which systems hold the numbers, who needs to see them, and how often. You leave with a written scope for a first dashboard and a quote within two business days.
